Trading Rudy wasnt bad it's what they got back in return. A older Tayshaun. It was basically a salary dump.Should have tried to get something better in return.
Trading Mo Speights, Wayne Ellington and a unprotected 1st rd pick for Jon Leuer :why:

Signing Vince Carter was not a good signing.

Trading for Jeff was taking a chance but it hasnt panned out.

The Grizzlies actually have a good core but they never added no shooting. Spacing on the floor is terrible. Teams dare tthe Grizzlies to shoot a 3 pointer. Steph Curry has a 127 3pts. the Grizzlies a team have 134.

I dont see how they Grizzlies front office never addressed the shooting needs.

Ya nikkas blaming Hollinger and analytics for the inevitable downfall of this team is laughable. This is what happens when people start yapping, when they don't know shyt about shyt of what they talking about.

This is 90% the man in my avy. Drafting Thabeet over harden, curry, and even evans. Constantly trading picks and young players. Resigning one-dimensional Tony allen to a 4-year deal at 31 years old, instead of trading him to the clippers for a 1st, or more offense. Resigning declining Z-bo. WTF? The fan base would've bytched and moaned and rioted if either of them were gone, so fukk them too. They deserve this.

Bringing him back after firing Levien was the single worst acquisition this franchise made in 5 years. His constant short-sighted, win-now moves are backfiring. He's ran this team to the ground just like he did in Boston(trading rookie Joe Johnson for Rodney Rogers and Tony Delk).

And Joerger is not an innocent bystander here either. He says this team is old, but played tayshaun prince over james johnson. Vince Carter over Jordan Adams. He wanted bum ass eff Green. He wanted a more open offense, yet completely offset it by starting tony and tayshaun, instead of Quincy Pondextor, the better shooter. So fukk him too.

This is a BAD team that is need of an overhaul. Get rid of everyone from the FO down, and start all over.

To truly address that they would have to get rid of Allen (defiantly) and Zbo (probable) to open up spacing, but see @holidayinn21 post.

Wallace is not 90 percent of the blame. The reason Tony got that deal is because he wanna of Pera favorite players. The reason Z-Bo got his deal cuz he went on how Memphis wasnt loyal but he understood it was business. I really think they wanted to move on from Z-Bo. I agree fans want Tony and Z-Bo there but one has to go.When Pera bought the team he said he wouldnt change nothing. He cut costs quick. Wayne, Mo and a unprotected 1st rd for Jon Leuer. And the trade Rudy for a older Tayshaun all this to cut costs. Joerger and Pera been had problems. He wanted to fire Joerger over the canceled game that Pera and Tony was about to have. Pera wanted Joerger to wear a headset. You right about Joerger not developing young players tho. The same shyt they said about Lionel.

Joerger and Wallace deserves blame as well as that rest of that dumbass front office.

I understand Pera and Tony are boys, but Wallace wasn't gonna let either TA or Zach leave. GNG was his creation, something that created purely by accident. He was gonna hold on as long as possible. How many of his draft picks are still with the team, much less actually pan out? Look at his moves since the 2011 run, almost 2 years before Pera joined them:

Absolute Garbage. He goes after players that have "been on his radar", which is just a fancy saying for old players, just like he will do in the summer of 2016 when he goes after Joe Johnson or Brother pau.

I don't disagree about the Leuer trade in hindsight, but the damage had been done by this fool.
