SOHH it's going pretty well.

I ran today. Only about 2 miles but thats actually further than I have gone recently.

It was fine. Drank a 22 Heiny afterward.

I'm on day 5 and so far all I notice is that I be hungry more often. But an avacado is enough to stop the pangs.

Performance - I have had wild sex three times in that time period, did two yoga classes and ran today - hasn't suffered.

I've been plant base for 6 months. I like it I eat mostly beans, rice, veggies when I'm home. On the road I use Postmates to order from veriest vegan menus.

What ever I'm missing I supplement. B12, Iron, Vit D etc

During the 1st few weeks I felt fatigue a lot, not so much anymore.

ps Soy Chocolate milk, Almond Breeze milk are GOAT :banderas:

On day 33, had a few rough spells but overall I'm about done with eating meat. I've found dope vegan alternatives for stuff so :salute: I guess that's the key.

Also getting some plant protein is essential, especially for shakes. :whew:
How much weight have you dropped?

Day 2...starving :mjcry:. I did have a black bean burger (no bread) some roasted potatoes, and spinach. Yesterday had some spaghetti squash with spinach, basil, and tomatoes. This is all dinner of course. And snack on cashews, applesauce, and oranges. Also drank a gallon and a half of water each day.
