I did it for 2 years. It really did nothing for my heath. Best diet for me is high fat and low carb.

I'm pescatarian, I eat fish, no dairy or other meat though
lucky (or maybe not) my grandma is dead so I stopped craving her oxtail and butter beans

I guess that's the key.

Right. I was in a pre diabetic state when I went on high fat low carb. It cured it with in 2 months. I really need to go back on it. It and cardio a few times a week is when I am doing the best.
. I did have a black bean burger (no bread) some roasted potatoes, and spinach. Yesterday had some spaghetti squash with spinach, basil, and tomatoes. This is all dinner of course. And snack on cashews, applesauce, and oranges. Also drank a gallon and a half of water each day.
