Day 2...starving :mjcry:. I did have a black bean burger (no bread) some roasted potatoes, and spinach. Yesterday had some spaghetti squash with spinach, basil, and tomatoes. This is all dinner of course. And snack on cashews, applesauce, and oranges. Also drank a gallon and a half of water each day.

Go back to a lean meat man. It's not natural to be hungry all the time.

I'm on day 4 right now. I've been trying to deal with controlling hunger, but I'm getting there.

When full, I've been feeling great .
Gotta double up on that water when you're hungry. I drink about a gallon a day, usually when you're feeling hunger, it's really thirst. Could be a oral fixation issue too, if that's the case, grab some Extra gum or drink a protein shake between meals.

First 4 days were the hardest for me. After that, I was :blessed: Make sure you take multivitamins and supplements. Your body is starving for those.

Your body will burn fat so quick it's insane. You can get down to sub 10% body fat on that shyt. :damn:

You won't have to worry about feeling hungry either, you basically live off steaks ect



Carbs are your biggest enemy if you're tryna lose weight

Ketogenic over here. Wife wants to go vegan. Did it before, shyt was too wack. I need a steak occasionally. I am cutting dairy though. Trying to fight inflammation.
