I did it for 2 years. It really did nothing for my heath. Best diet for me is high fat and low carb.
Day 2...starving. I did have a black bean burger (no bread) some roasted potatoes, and spinach. Yesterday had some spaghetti squash with spinach, basil, and tomatoes. This is all dinner of course. And snack on cashews, applesauce, and oranges. Also drank a gallon and a half of water each day.
What is your diet like?
Gotta double up on that water when you're hungry. I drink about a gallon a day, usually when you're feeling hunger, it's really thirst. Could be a oral fixation issue too, if that's the case, grab some Extra gum or drink a protein shake between meals.I'm on day 4 right now.
