you tryin' to lose weight?I actually started today, I went food shopping on amazon fresh yesterday.
Meal today was
1) two plums
2) bowl of grapes
3) lettuce salad with tomato, onions, almonds, and aoli cashew dressing ( plus a watermelon and orange smoothie)
4) I'll probably eat some more grapes before 11:00 ( eastern time). If not, maybe one more salad.

Morning Star vegan riblets are fukking disgusting. The Boca veggie crumbles make great spaghetti, you can't even tell the difference.

I did it for 2 years. It really did nothing for my heath. Best diet for me is high fat and low carb.
I have no proof to back this up but i think this is the case for most black folk. I hate red meat and try vegan off and on but I only feel at peak performance when I do high fat low carb
