I think if your Airbnb guest does a long term stay for more than 30 days and get mail sent to the address you can’t call the police because they can claim they are a tenant therefore you have to settle it in civil court which could take months.

So in the mean time technically they can stay there until courts say get out. But if you are a bum who cares you’ll just go to another place and keep doing it.

Of course you can take it in your own hands and bust knee caps but you can also mess around and catch a case yourself.

I noticed that she rented for 32 days technically you can´t do this it´s for a month or at least it was when I was a super host but people make side deals all the time. The place I´m staying at now is an Airbnb but I just gave him cash.

Something is not adding up....no way she would be able to stay in there all that time if the homeowner was on point with the paperwork.

Also why would the homeowner offer to pay her 2k instead of just changing the locks and going to court???

You haven’t lived in an overly tenant friendly area…

My friend got paid $30k to move out her apartment out here, evictions can take up to 10-12 months and a LL won’t collect a dime of owed rent and still may have to pay a displacement fee, squatters can jack an abandoned house - my cousin owns his house due to doing just that in the early 00’s
