For a restaurant review? Some people need a slap or a punch in the face
That's because black people RESPECT white people. As much as black people may complain about white people, it's undeniable that many of us still hold them in high regard. Its easier to threaten to kill folks than to improve how they conduct businessBlack people don't want to be critiqued by other black people if it was a white food reviewer the response wouldn't be anything like this.
For a restaurant review?![]()
i thought the whole notion was that these restaurants do ask him to come?None of the people he reviewed asked him to come lol.
...what? why should getting death threats be the cost? why is he getting blame for giving an honest review? So 2 threats control the whole narrative? I kept expecting a laundry list of folks going at dude.
Anyway this should be the cost of him doing this kind of business. Highlighting the negative excites folks but just know the person you're ragging on may or may not take it so easily.
I’m surprised it took someone so long to make this point. Restaurants are sometimes opened by chefs mom and pops, and chains. Others just show up outta nowhere, and they have no passion for service or food because their only function is to launder money
I respectfully disagree.
Boycotts send a stronger message.
Online reviews can be fudged, and...trust...the owners already know their limitations and issues.
But...when you have a huge following on social media and could massively alter a business' profits by a single TikTok...there has to be more deliberate thought on cause and effect.
I vet you will have Black folks cheering if these restaurants go out of business...then complain that they have no Black businesses.
It's insane.
What does that mean?I can tell you never been in a few scuffles before
LOL
In the video he said they did ask him to come, he just sent a family member to do it.None of the people he reviewed asked him to come lol.
What does that mean?
I’ve never been to Atlanta so I have no dog in this fight, but after seeing this thread I went looking through SM to see what all the fuss is about. The overwhelming sentiment is that Keith was right. That people have been saying this for years and they’re glad Keith had a platform big enough to highlight their issues. Oh and I have read every single post ITT, and some of y’all are absofukkingloutely TRIPPIN.
“Don’t mess with people’s money”
“If you say something bad about someone restaurant, they may get at you”
What kinda low brow, low IQ, low standard having shyt is that? Y’all think it’s fine to make death threats on an upwardly mobile, law abiding, black family man cause he said he didn’t like some food? Are y’all fukking crazy? Instead of “tighten up”…It’s literally shoot the messenger. Smmfh![]()
