i'm questioning the point of deadlift...well conventional DL's :jbhmm:

other lifts for targeting the back, and RDL's do more of what women want - butt lifting/tighten hams while strengthening the lower back and not being as hard on the traps (which we dont want) and improves flexibility

I think it’s safe to say there are better ways to build those aesthetics

They should be about creating a brutal level of power IMO

Yea, just thinking aloud. I recently added conventional DLs to my back/bicep day but I’m not sure I care to keep them. They do make me feel like a badass tho :smugbiden:

I fell in love with picking up something heavy off the floor. Nothing like it in lifting to me
