look these LOANS can be giving out with discretion...they (loan officers) don't go by the books all the time......

i know plenty of white guys whom i've come across whom are in horrible credit situations and have debt up to thier knees, but because they KNOW somebody or got somebody to vouch for them ...they get that bread

yeah it's fukked up and was exposed years ago by a phrase called "REDLINING" where banks basically single out areas with large urban communities (black) as AUTOMATICLY BEING DENITED any financing regardless how good thier credit is....


in this case with Dupri ,it's not RACE it's a case of "CLASS" and ASSOCIATION, him being affiliated with cats like LA Reid and being a figure in the Atlanta community shouldn't suprise me that he is able to acquire such a loan.
