Lack of shooting. I know they can beat up the Dubs on the glass but KD does add rebounding in this frontcourt as well the fact he is another deadeye shooter who lessens chances for the Cavs to rebound.
Love wasnt shooting well this past finals, so u could say there was a lack of shooting last finals. Cousins, Bron, and TT will punish them on the boards, KD not helping that much. As far as GS shooting, they all been wildly inconsistent in 2 finals. KD is one of the best scorers in the game, but he gonna have to prove himself too in a potential finals appearence. He was inconsistent ass hell too in the wcf

Even in small doses it works in the finals. Make the warriors match up to you. That size is gonna kill the warriors on the other end.

Remember the cavs played small but the main reason they won the series is because they are a much more physical team than the warriors. They slowed the game down, did not turn the ball over, ran when they could and killed the warriors on the boards.

Plus cousins does everything that love does and many of those things better (posting up, shooting and scoring). Cousins is also an exceptional passer.

I always said the reason for love was so Lebron would not get beaten up playing the four during the regular season and against certain match ups in the eastern conference playoffs.

The goal is to keep Lebron healthy and fresh during the season and eastern playoffs. So he can go wild in the finals and have energy left.

The cavs need a dominate scorer to help out (help kyrie) when Lebron is resting during the season or on cruise control during the season.
It works in small doses it works but as the starting 5 for 7 games? I don't know. And all those things are true but Cousins is not a better shooter than Love. He's also turnover prone which is crucial against Golden State. I know Love's purpose (though I wish Bron would play the 4 and Love ain't Bosh) but Cousins much more of a traditional big than a stretch big.

If it was the same Dubs team from last year I'd feel different but KD is an exponential upgrade in scoring, versatility, and size. This lineup destroys the East till June but after that :jbhmm:

Bron is my favorite player so I want him to prove me wrong with or without Cousins.

i hear rumors it was for k.Love and shump+ a pick..

frye should be kept he is devastating for most team..and now that GSW is getting rid of so many of its core team.. he might become devastating to them too.

if it's cleveland's pick, that's basically worthless. I mean what do the kings think they're gonna get? They know cousins wants out, and with love and shumpert, at least those two are already signed for some years.

I do think Boogie is getting traded by next year's draft

But we really believing this "source" with 3k followers? Seems more so theorizing than a legit rumor

yeeah but they drafted a big.. and also got another BIG recently...

its a good indication they are maybe moving dude to the highest bidder. i mean they have 6 centers right now..a stretch 4 would be a good thing for them..

the same can be said for the "small" ball line up..as many have pointed out with Bogut going out....you think KD and Green want to try to keep Cousins/Thompson off the boards all game or even in small doses? those eventually lead into FOULS and we know GS won't be as deep......and then have the Cavs slow the pace down throw it into Cousins and try to defend that and then have TT crashing the boards for 2nd chance opportunities? Nothing worse than defending a team for 24 secs and then having to defend again....dudes think that GS will score every possession which isn't the truth and we know they won't get many 2nd chance opportunities..
