There’s no perfect candidate, which is the issue with disaffected Bernie crowd. And even he’s far from perfect even on the issue of Palestine, amongst other things.

For example, when I see people like Amanda Seales who refuse to attack (or sometimes even low key compliment) Trump, and damn near ignore issues happening here in America in favor of issues literally everywhere else, what exactly is the end game? What does she want? It gives that she has no issue with this administration or how the country is being run.

There’s no pleasing voters like that.

It reminds me of when those BLM reps ran down on Hilary Clinton. She asked them straight up “what is it do you want? How can I help?” And they had no answer.

We got to the point where people were canceling Bernie and AOC because they werent calling it a genocide when it’s obvious their entire being is against what’s going on. It’s creating an environment where they will lose political power or have neutered power. And considering the times we are in, that’s not what we need. You should just be able to work, not worry about whether paints gonna get thrown on your office window because the person that did it only agreed with 97% of what you say.

There’s a reason why beshear is trying to make himself be known as the guy that wants to be the “common sense” candidate and Everytime he’s on camera he does his little routine about “call it addiction not opiate dependence , hunger not food insecurity, etc.”

For Mamdani that was just another example of people being dummies. He’s a generational candidate and your throwing water on him over an overall topic you agree on. At minimum let him get power to make peoples lives better and protect those who deserve then go in on him however you like.
