are they really this leaderless? so badly underrepresented, on the national stage, that they don't have a single serious name in mind?
it seems that our Progressive caucus thinks AOC is going to walk into a fire, and magically hatch the 2028 nominee, like that blonde chick on Game of Thrones
i know it's still early, but this is a poor showing from the leftare they really this leaderless? so badly underrepresented, on the national stage, that they don't have a single serious name in mind?
Platner '28?![]()
Would you guys mind if we shy away from skeletons in closet metaphors because this guy has a deaths head brigade tattoo

@Loose said Platner has been a Michael brooks stan since 2011. Someone who is politically astute enough to know who Brooks was in 2011 should be wise enough to know how important the senate is and why Collins can’t be trusted.
Something ain’t adding up here
If Platner had a legislative or a voting record to fall back on that would be one thing, but you guys are just trusting rhetoric. Rhetoric that can be flipped on a dime once he gets what he wants.
This guy is giving off Fraudulent grifter vibes
Voting for Collins doesn't make sense, and I don't understand his rationale in the post. Platner isn't perfect, but he's the best option. Mills is guaranteed to be a wet blanket do-nothing Dem. Why go with a known L instead of a potential W?I mean, I'm not sure how you spin voting for Susan Collins as recently as her last election cycle.
Obviously we all know that debates are losing their salience, but how do you explain that away in front of a crowd without seeming like you're juelzing?
Mills rightfully got shyt for praising Collins. I dont see how you give him a pass for voting for her last time she was on the ballot when you're claiming to be a progressive. He wasn't up on her bullshyt by then? Because anyone paying attention to politics should have been aware by 2020.
Mills is not a "known L". she's a two time governor, who can easily win in '26 if Trump does something hugely unpopular, or tanks the economyVoting for Collins doesn't make sense, and I don't understand his rationale in the post. How is Mills a known L? She’s going to vote democrat party line 100% regardless who is President. The downside for Platner is Fetterman on steroidsVoting for Collins doesn't make sense, and I don't understand his rationale in the post. Platner isn't perfect, but he's the best option.
