Progressives were literally some of Biden's strongest allies and supporters while he was President, especially before the Gaza war started.

Before he decided not to run, AOC and Bernie (I think Warren) were supporting him and defending him against claims against his age, arguably longer than he should have. Biden had a lot of progressive support because of the policies he implemented.

Neither the centrists nor progressive on HL are representative of the coalitions offline.

I am a lifelong Democrat, I've never voted Republican in my life.

But our politicians are p*ssy. Look at how they were tiptoeing around a guy who didn't even win a majority of votes in his Presidential election. In January/February, they were treating him as if he had won FDR level majorities.

Obama beat McCain to a pulp in the 08 election, and Republicans woke up the next day ready to tell him he wasn't shyt.
