Wouldn't say it comes off bigoted, just more of lack of understanding of the whole predicament. Transgender people suffer from gender dysphoria, so yes signing them to a league based on their xy chromosome don't make sense when their brains is telling them differently. Science doesn't entirely understand why that is the case for them, we don't understand a lot about the human brain. Their brain is literally wired for femininity, like I said we can continue to pretend they don't exist or be the party of empathy

There’s nothing stopping Brittany Griner from playing in the NBA but sheer ability.

If she was skilled enough she would much rather play in the NBA than the WNBA.

There’s nothing from stopping Trans women from competing in male sports which from a biological standpoint is more fair than for them to compete in female sports.

There’s a reason why retired washed nba players don’t go into the WNBA and dominate after they retire - it’s because biologically there’s an unfair advantage.

Turn off your political bias for a moment and just focus strictly on sports, you know this is true.

Your line of thinking is based on the concept that transgender individuals having some vindictive grifting plan to play in a less skilled environments. And no it is not correct that females would play in male sports, it's why title xi exist in the first place. Female used to get discriminated against and sexually harassed before it existed. Once again transgender peoples brains rather that's male or female brains doesn't align with their sex assigned at birth. It doesn't matter where u feel they should be comfortable at, their bodies and brains don't.

My line of thinking is that sports is solely about being the best that you can possibly be at that sport. Masculinity and femininity have nothing to do with it. A feminine gay man can compete with masculine heterosexual man in the NBA and vice versa in the WNBA.

fast forward 5 years later....and we ran a guy for Vice President who proudly put tampons in men's bathrooms 5 years ago, we were openly laughing at OURSELVES. our OWN CURRENT POSITION
