If you're being asked a question about AIPAC that you're unwilling to answer yes or no, you've already failed. I don't get the instinct to fail the test AND try to weasel out of the question. If the answer is yes then say hell yes. Say you hope they give you more money too. Unless you think there's something wrong with their money.
Makes sense.
Do we think prosecuting trump officials should be part of the platform for the Democratic nom?
I agree 100%. You must rebuke the purity test. Being scared that some online progressive criticize you for getting contributions from AIPAC is just silly. These folks are unserious
? We just seen people on both sides cheering on a random dude killing a healthcare ceo( sounds crazy ngl) and you still saying this nonsense
This is just a terminally online opinion. People don’t support him murdering a person in cold blood. Also that murder didn’t change a single thing in the healthcare industry
Luigi was nothing more than a privileged, rich white boy with a god complex.
I’ve said this and I largely agree.
Most people don’t know the nuance of healthcare and really don’t care. They want to go to the doctor, be able to get in a reasonable timeline, not break the bank if an emergency happens and not have sacrifice the rest of their year due to a surprise 1500 dollar bill.
The problem you have now is people on various pieces of the spectrum pushing distrust in the government. That makes it hard to sell to Americans that Medicare for all is going to be different especially now.
One argument has always been if you push it through republicans wouldn’t dare take it away. Fast forward to the yesr of our lord 2026 and that’s happening. Even shut the government down over the right to do so.
Facts. The Covid subsidies for ACA was practically universal healthcare for the uninsured. Republicans let that shyt go away with not a single care in the world
Also, no party is going to get 60 votes in the senate so any country changing legislation just isn’t happening.
