Checked my history couldn't find it, it was 2 old white ladies who were party insiders. Lots of these youtube channels now where ex-staff jerk each other off for an hour (think Jen Pataki types). One of them talked about how Bill Clinton figured out how to talk out of both sides of his mouth on welfare reform. Basically, coming up with ambiguous talking points that don't really commit to anything. Then she laughed and said they needed to do the same thing to appeal to the working class.
