If they guarantee payouts for at least three months, that would be a life changer. People would be able to pursue interests in what they truly want to pursue and maybe strengthen the economy by redefining it. It would have a New Deal type impact on Americans.
Well it would be the first type of boom since WW2 which would be great for amerikkka but unlike in those times black people will also benefit.
