I was definitely told that I'd hate Pittsburgh if I had to live there, but as a tourist/visitor, Pittsburgh is fuego...
I mean, people say that about Vegas too. You like it though, and so does every transplant flocking there, I know several Californians who've moved there in the last decade, and I know a chick from NC who moved there 4 years ago and says its the best decision she ever made...
I feel like for me personally, I may have some regret if I pass on the financial opportunity of moving here. And again, iys largely driven by the money but not totally, I genuinely enjoy the city, and I think there's something to be said about happiness, peace of mind, quality if life...

you must ne in the house all day...On a serious note, the homeless and junkie situation is comparably mild here. Its certainly worse in Vegas and California cities, and the big East Coast cities. I don't think its really that bad here...

The winter is a real thing and a huge consideration. I feel like the positives outweigh the handful of negatives, though...Bruh, you cannot contemplate moving to a spot like Denver if you haven’t visited in the Winter.

Ideally, I like cities that are blacker than Denver, but its got enough of a black community to thrive. In the parts of town most of us live, we are really really visible, and doing well...
Also, black poverty is not nearly as wide or entrenched as it is in places with bigger black communities....especially southern cities. Most black people here are living well...
Denver has an underrated black culture, its small to most places you comparing it too but we thick in the "black areas" and all aspects of the culture are here...

I know you're a Ravens fan but do you live in Baltimore? There's nothing you could do to get me to choose Baltimore over Denver unless you're tripling the salary from what I would make in Denver. And even then, I don't know how much I'd enjoy living in Baltimore...Exactly and he's doing a terrible job selling Denver. The cities that aren't are fewer and far between. Denver is pretty segregated, black people mainly live in the east side, but Miami is segregated. So is New York and Chicago and many other cities, Denver isn't alone there...
I will say race relations here are a lot better than most places, for sure....

No I live in SoCal but thats besides the point. I'm not making the claim that Baltimore is a GOAT city. But if I was given the choice between the two, I'm picking it over Denver easily
