Think about your kids man. Even if you don't want to live you have to live for them. Easing your pain isn't worth bringing more on to loved ones

i tried to walk into on coming traffic tonight tried to drive off the road i'm gone check myself in at this point i wouldn't even fight for my life if something were to happen to me. i dont want to cause no pain and don't want my kids to cry but at this point i just want the suffering to stop. i even tried to start a fight with a motorcycle club and they wasn't going dude told me they not doing my dirty work. fukk it time to go to the hospital

Go to a medical clinic and tehem them you need help.
Don't tell them you attempted suicide or harmed yourself, they'll put you in lockup and that is no good for you or anyone. I know people who work in those facilities.
Seek help and mental treatment.

Seriously breh, go see a therapist.

I was able to read books and bring myself out of it, but that took a long time.

A therapist can set you straight much quicker. I have no idea why most normal people think it's a shame to go see one. Rich and successful people see therapists all the time to fine-tune their life.

Been in the same place. But once you realize that you're in full control, that emotions are primitive and you can be mindful of and choose to react differently to them, you'll start thriving.

A therapist who has been studying this kind of stuff can help you out.
