ROSE HAS PLAYED IN 193 GAMES
IN THE PAST THREE SEASONS
INCLUDING THE PLAYOFFS
BUT THESE WEAK nikkaS
ARE STILL RUNNING WITH THAT OLD ASS NARRATIVE.

HIGHEST FG% SINCE HIS 2ND SEASON

HIGHEST PPG SINCE THE ACL TEAR

HIGHEST FT% OF HIS CAREER

ATTACKED THE BASKET AT THE HIGHEST RATE OF HIS CAREER

AND NOW HES SURROUNDED BY BRON
AND SHOOTERS.

THESE nikkaS MUST BE STUPID OR CRAZY

He isnt the same Rose that won MVP. I dont think anyone is disputing that. But he looks like a top 50-60 player to me...and I dont think ESPN had him ranked in the top 100 at all. :scust:

He's quick, he's fast, he is attacking with conviction, he has lost weight, looks like he has worked on his 3 - point shot, etc.....

As long as he stays healthy, he is going to be a problem.

Cavs PG position been a problem since Delly left

that wont be an issue now. I like the fits better than Kyrie. I am one of those who really like the Kyrie move. I think Kyrie is ready to be a leader of his own team and applaud him. I think IT and Rose fit in very well. Not a fan of Calderon here though...but we will see, just dont think they will need him much. Wade will also see some time at point. The biggest thing they will miss about Kyrie is his big time shot making in the clutch....but healthy IT is a great clutch guy too tho.

its not about what you consider its about a winning formula. if IT is healthy he will start, but how good is Rose? everyone has speculations about who will start. the players that make the most money will start because they have to boost trade value. starting doesnt mean as much as it used to. some bench players get more minutes than starters. Rose is going to play a lot should he be healthy and keeps improving. Lets see how healthy IT is when he gets back. People are quick to count out Rose but if you are watching, you can see he still is a very good player in a much better setting than NYK.

I really don't give a shyt about what Rose's numbers are this year, nor do I have any personal investment in what his next contract will be.

I'm simply stating what I know about Isaiah Thomas. Like I said, the Cavs might as well trade him now if they would even consider benching him.

but what do you really know about IT? :francis:

you dont know how healthy he is. :gucci:

you think its that simple huh? :comeon:

the Cavs needed to move Kyrie and the Celts didnt want to pay IT. this is really what this is about. You think the Cavs can just trade a player who we dont even know if he will be ready to play in Jan?

I can guarantee you this....the Cavs are not going to start IT if he is less than 80%.

Of course the Cavs want to start him, but how that links to him in a trade has nothing to do with each other at the moment.

Also cant trade him RIGHT now as you say because a 3rd of the players in the league cant be traded around Dec 15th anyway or 3 months from when they signed their deals. So how do you make this proposed trade? :jbhmm:

Rose didnt have a great game last night but as this team starts to mold and get in shape, I think he will shoot a high percentage and make good decisions/plays. to me, this team is a serious threat to win the chip when Isaiah returns provided he is close to being healthy.

Unless they make a move/trade for a strong defensive piece, this squad doesn't have a chance in hell of winning the chip.

Why people even talking about "Isaiah starting spot"?

IT as your PG is not winning you no championships. He better be a trade piece by the time he healthy or the Cavs are truly tanking this season.

And D-Rose really ain't the solution at this point either. He would have been great as the backup PG last year.
