I can tell you from personal experience that even partial tears effect you in the long term

I don't think Tmac should be first ballot either but Tmac had 7 straight All Star/All NBA seasons averaging 25 ppg. Rose had 3 straight all star years then it was over. He ain't getting in unless he can be a 6th man on some title winning teams
