It's not odd. LSU is the diamond of Louisiana, the school is more popular than the Saints, so they have to keep their reputation clean. I went to Grambling and the media will make sure they put it on the HBCU, the same shyt happened to my school. We had Louisiana Tech and University Of Monroe and if some shyt happened at those schools, they would put the blame on Grambling. Also, Louisiana always wanted to close down Southern, well all the HBCU's in Louisiana.
It's true about the outsiders fukking up HBCU parties.
