I was about to ask this but it doesn't say the other guy got charged either. I think this is a case where both might get charged for the murders. The one who's bullets killed them and the other might get charged for felony murder.

shyt bc Orange Mound(one of the worst hoods) and Booker T were surrounding the downtown area and Memphis State...planted right in the hood...wtf
