The thing I don't get is how bad he was at player relations. 95% of the players that left the team since he started in 2013 all had a problem with management. I don't exclude Sarver being a problem but when players make the same complaints maybe it is for a reason.

This is why is say no matter how much talent is in one player if he don’t have a good coach

And a good FO and owner you will put up numbers but don’t win


One player can’t do it all and If that player is young it’s wasted years


I seen this for years but I keep hearing

That’s not how it work it’s a team effort

The coaches system is somewhat similar to the Jazz. Its very guard oriented which means most of the time the center is in a Capela/Gobert role on offense.
