Can't blame tik tok for this. I am a diabetic and take Ozempic and lost 25 lbs when I started. It basically helps lower blood sugar BUT unlike regular insulin it doesn't make you ravenously hungry as a side effect. But I don't know if regular people should take it recreationally.
