The people in the tic toks are not seeing a doctor :childplease:

And doctors are literally telling people that although it is available without a prescription they dont recommend people just taking it without seeing a doctor

And just like any over the counter weight loss drug
Of course u have a right to take anything u can legally buy
shyt still leads to medical issues

U can buy lots of shyt legally that harm u:dead:
my dude...this article was made for the sole purpose of triggering dumb fukks who hate the tik tok generation. You all read the article and go "Ah!!! These fukking reckless kids are misusing meds and preventing diabetes patients from getting their necessary medicine. They're hurting themselves and others." None of that is true. First off, this "issue" or "shortage" is isolated to Australia. 2nd, do any of you even know the difference between type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is something you develop that is preventable and sometimes reversible. What is the biggest risk factor? Uuuuuuuhhhhh being overweight and unhealthy. The easiest way to prevent or reverse it...uuuuuuuh losing weight and exercising. The prime candidate for this medication...uuuuuuuh fat people (including kids who use chinese data mining apps). There aren't diabetes patients going without medicine they have to take to live (like insulin). This is a supplemental medication that diabetes patients obtain the same way tik tokers do...take the same way tik tokers do and for the same fukkin reason tik tokers do. The article even says its proven safe and effective. Thats why drs recommend it to people at risk. Thats why insurance companies have been covering it. Thats why kids are sharing it on their medium of choice. Anybody getting their panties in a bunch over this is a pawn. News media be playin ya'll like a flute.

Wow, I literally read an article on semaglutide this morning. A man lost 80 pounds on it and also lost his desire to drink alcohol. They're saying it could treat all kinds of addictions

I need it if it quits alcohol :ohhh:

Instead of talking about any of the points I made you call me angry. I think we're done here. You may have the last word.

My Dr prescribed me a version of this a couple months ago. Lost 20 lbs in two months. My appetite is gone. Medication puts portion control in your brain. Can’t overeat if i tried. $199 a month. Well worth it so far

Haven’t been able to go to gym like i used to because of nerve issues in left hand and elbow.

My girl is a pharmacist and was talking to me about this a few months ago. I believe up until early this year the manufacturer had coupons out that reduced the price for the drug like a ridiculous amount and resulted in them pretty much fukking themselves over, unable to keep up with the demand and definitely not able to keep up with the demand for people who actually have diabetes.

fukked up thing is, though, the shyt actually works with very minimal if any side effects, at least to date.
