Technically don't but the cost is exorbitant if you try and get this paying out if pocket, unless you're buying from Mexico out of pocket coast per month is likely $500 plus. But many insurances will make this low cost or even free if eligible. These fat hoes aren't telling you they're likely already pre-diabetic at least, probably diabetic, allowing their doctors to prescribe it. There's a sister drug called Saxenda that's indicated soley for weight loss, same molecule but is much harder to get approved by insurances. So doctors just prescribe this "Off Label" for the same benefit and easier approval.

Btw this helps to suppress appetite but can also give pretty bad GI side effects with vomiting and nausea. I used to sell a competitor drug that was crushed by the Big O
