this don't got anything to do with VPN's. they are trying to locate the source of the rebroadcasted fight via something like a QR code transmitted to viewers sets in different regions, and once they identify the customer, they can immediately terminate the transmission to them which affects everyone watching that pirated source. Unless the pirate have a multiple accounts as backup's then they're screwed.
