Rules are rules, no need to bring it there. The shyt is cutthroat nowadays.

You can't wear a watch to an exam, even one that's not even a smart watch. If you're in medicine or health sciences you have to name anatomic models around a room, proctors follow you around in case you cheat.

The due date was on your birthday and you knew this the moment it was assigned. Thus, you could have turned it in(in person) as instructed at any time before that but still failed to do so.

its just an exam. I would ten times out of ten accept a B instead of an A just to have a chance to see FAM I haven't seen in a while surprise me like that on my birthday. Pretty much yea. Nobody cares about your bday. You can never assume an unanswered email will be yes. Its the professor, not one of your boys. But at least this only cost you an A. This kind of situation often results in a D and retaking the course instead of a passing C
