• i find women to be more patient and understanding at work. they are reasonable as long as you treat them with respect
• white men always looking out for themselves and will step over you to get what they want or create narratives.
  • they have massive egos and stay doing passive aggressive shyt.
  • they also stay making dumb jokes about your physique, demeanor etc. when youre the strong silent type
• gay men are just all around toxic. they gossip, they snake you, they cry and complain
  • gay men are the absolute worst...particularly the feminine ones who are overtly gay. the masculine ones are cool

i agree. in finance the women are honestly solid in my experience though

I could've ate lovely when I was working in an office. I had the policy to avoid shytting where I ate to avoid drama but still ended up fukking around with a couple of them. My workplace problems with women came from other dudes. I was good at breaking the women down so that we were comfortable with each other and then we'd let the jokes fly and I could say ANYTHING to the women and they'd be cool. Then other dudes would see that and think they could say the same shyt to them, would end up getting cussed out and would then start doing shyt to get the women in trouble and at times I'd catch a stray because they'd reference things they heard me say to the women.

I remember one little bytch ass dude that got pissed that a few of the women shut down his advances and started reporting them to HR for dress code violations. All of a sudden the short shirts and skirts and dresses went away, as well as the outfits showing the cleavage all cause his bytch ass got shut down.
