Listened to the podcast, the cac is the same one criticizing tanehisi coates about Kirk by pointing out white flight in Baltimore.

In any case, she has a point specifically about offices. There's a very strong air about what's allowed for women in an office that wouldn't for men without explicitly being codified.

Currently work in an office with more women than men and I feel it. Though she thinks this is just a microcosm of wokeness which she views as largely feminization of institutions, academia, politics, and culture.

My impression is that she doesn't like women too much and would prefer if women returned to being primarily caretakers.

It took me all of like three weeks before I gave that office life up. All the backstabbing, talking shyt behind each other's backs, having to attend catered lunches with people I really ain't trying to be around like that, sitting in one spot essentially doing nothing all day felt like being in prison. Can't speak how you want to, everyone is overly sensitive and always looking for an angle on you to throw you under the bus. shyt was terrible, give me a job site where we can cuss each other out and talk shyt freely all day and I actually get to do something all day than that bullshyt.

I have been in the unique position of working for jobs where only one woman was at the site and jobs where for every man there was like 20 women. I would choose working with the women over the men 10 times out of 10. Yeah I occasionally had to watch what I said, but the shyt was was upbeat and fun. Meanwhile, I had to deal with malicious shyt all the time from my bosses when I worked with mostly with men.
