I heard horror stories from my peoples there.

Contrary to what some poster said, if society breaks down there will be groups of cacs taking it upon themselves to "thin the herd". They pray for such an opportunity and majority of black people are oblivious to this.

To be more accurate there are two cacs to worry most about in such a time:

1. The cac who will begin roving and raiding, searching for victims.

2. The cac who is armed and guarding their neighborhood. Will shoot any black who steps foot in their neighborhood, often without warning. Will eventually evolve to the roving type.

Solar is THE way to go because even the best generator needs gas to keep going. The sun though is always available. Right now the main problem with solar is price it's out of reach for the average person but from what I have read it starts to pay for itself after about 5-7 years. Also maintenence of the panels is something else to take into account. Solar is definitely a goal to work towards that's further down my list

AK are much better rifles, especially for SHTF. People run week long tactical drills where they run hard, and half way through everyone with an AR switches to AK. AR are great, and dudes sometimes run 5,000 rounds without cleaning it, just keep it lubed.

But you can bury an AK in dirt, dig it up and pull the trigger and it will fire, and you never even shake the dirt off because AK don't have tight tolerances like the AR, check out some AK videos on YouTube where they abuse the AK.

The reason they recommend to have these 3 firearms the shot gun, AKs, and revolvers cause you do not have to worry about parts and maintenance as much. ARs are nice but during SHTF I'm taking the AK.
