Per the lenny kravitz thread... You literally just need to control your diet and you will be in amazing shape.

And also delete this mindset of "burning off calories"

No you can't. Unless you're planning to burn it off literally right after eating that shyt is getting stored as fat. There's no delete button for trash eating. Focus on diet and results will come. That's it.

exactly, if you’re never touching weights you won’t be toned (genetics withstanding)
I also feel its idiotic to be anti working out. Of course everyone shouldnt be doing powerlifting or bodybuilder routines but EVERYONE should be physically active to the best of their physical abilities. Even if its just going on walks

I do advised people who don’t have much time, to at least walk 2/3 miles a week and eating better and especially eliminating the worst foods u eat all the time

for me it’s French fries and limit my bread intake
Majority of fat people are low income poor people. Let’s not act like they’re time strapped ceos.
