The weight loss battle is won and loss in the kitchen. Ppl saying otherwise dont know what they're talking about. Most ppl at most can lose 300 cals going hard, 2 hrs in a gym. The average meal is sub 500 cals. Exercising and ignoring diet only makes a difference if

- you work out multiple times a day, a week. This isnt an option for most ppl because of time and the fact that the human body needs to recover....unless you tren hard.:mjlit:
- you have a mutant like metabolism
- take pills

But ultimately, you can’t outwork a bad diet
I disagree, but it really depends on the individual and their goals. You can eat ice cream for dessert every night with zero change in weight or body fat if your workout is intense enough.

Again, you’re not going to look shredded but you can maintain what you have.

Per the lenny kravitz thread... You literally just need to control your diet and you will be in amazing shape.

And also delete this mindset of "burning off calories"

"I can eat 3 slices of cake, I just gotta burn it off later"

No you can't. Unless you're planning to burn it off literally right after eating that shyt is getting stored as fat. There's no delete button for trash eating. Focus on diet and results will come. That's it.
If you don’t exercise your body will be flabby and weak. You will lack muscle and it will also negatively affect your heart/heart rate.

Both are important

Majority of fat people are low income poor people. Let’s not act like they’re time strapped ceos.
To add on to this

You don't need lots of money to eat healthy.

"Time and money" are the two biggest excuses used for being lazy and not having the will power to become a healthier human being.

You can def outwork a bad diet if your metabolism is fast enough. My last body scan showed I got leaner even while I was OT for the majority of the last 5 months and stayed eating shyt like McDonald's at least 3-4x a week and bushing vegetables. :snoop:

Most of the folks saying diet > working out (lifting/interval training/HIT cardio) prolly don't work out hard enough to know. :francis:

If you have a whole day devoted to arms and don't look like an IFBB pro that probably means you.
