I disagree, but it really depends on the individual and their goals. You can eat ice cream for dessert every night with zero change in weight or body fat if your workout is intense enough.But ultimately, you can’t outwork a bad diet
hell nah, lifting weights is a must for complete and over all aesthetics, otherwise your just gonna look like a Kenyan long distance runner.![]()
If you don’t exercise your body will be flabby and weak. You will lack muscle and it will also negatively affect your heart/heart rate.Per the lenny kravitz thread... You literally just need to control your diet and you will be in amazing shape.
And also delete this mindset of "burning off calories"

No you can't. Unless you're planning to burn it off literally right after eating that shyt is getting stored as fat. There's no delete button for trash eating. Focus on diet and results will come. That's it.
