I'd like to see a game built with this in mind because I feel like that could be pretty revolutionary.

Based on recent articles, seems as though developers and artists never cosigned this, did not participate in creating the presentations, and are against this.
Gotta be careful there because just because all developers and artists werent consulted doesnt mean some werent.
Its like no matter what you do politically you can always find someone who is gonna be disgruntled about it.

None of them were consulted or took part in creating the presentation, except possibly that one guy at bethesda, according to the articles after speaking to the developers and artists themselves.
Still, this all depends on the way this is applied. The problem is there is a possibility this could be used to cut costs, reduce dev teams, and replace a percentage of their work with this.
It is fukked up they didn't consult with the artists, but shyt looks a lot better than what they were doing. We can have both artists and Nvidia making their shyt look better.
I'm actually surprised by the backlash of DLSS 5. It looks so much better. It's a tech demo though, so we'll see what the actual release is like.

saying they were not notified is not the same as saying they don’t want to use it.
Devs/artists are already using A.I. in most of the games you play even if it’s just for prototyping.
Any tool that makes things easier will be embraced by devs.

I find it very hard to believe that no person on the development team of any of those games was consulted on this. Nvidia just did this on their own without anyones knowledge?
And on to your last point, technology has been cutting peoples jobs since the middle ages. Of course its gonna be used to cut costs and reduce labor. The tools those developers are using right now cut someone's job. But it wasn't their job so it was cool? Email cut jobs all around the world, mailrooms everywhere shuttered, we didnt cancel email because of it.
Everyone always gets up in arms when its their job thats finally on the line.
