I would agree. DMX was cold as hell when he first came out, dropped his debut then the follow up shortly after... DMX is a beast. Bet if he could still do the same if he got back in the studio...

Like stated before. He makes music you can feel and relate to. His emotion is GOAT status. And on top of all that, you have to respect the fact he never changed and he's true to who he is. If he wouldn't have got caught up in shyt, he'd be even better.

Most people who have DMX in their top 10 is because his music connected past being dope hip hop, he's one of the few like Pac that made songs that touch you (no chester)
