as far as black people go, we just need to get on code and learn to let some of this shyt go when a black celeb makes mistake. Example: the weak shyt DaBaby said. Black folks need to learn to let whatever he said go and to have his back. Had people like Qwest Love out here helping string dude up for the lynching on "we need to do better" goofy shyt. And the reason we need to learn to let shyt go is because you never know when it'll be your turn having your words be twisted and you need people to have your back.
Of course, there are the R. Kelly's of the world, but that's so far over the line it's indefensible, but if its something like when Desean Jackson messed up and spoke about one of these "untouchable" groups, other black people need to learn to let that shyt go and don't help these other groups. If they have an issue with a black person usually they need other black folks (c00ns) to give them a green light.

Pretty sure the term came from black people, especially black women, saying someone is cancelled for doing or saying something foul. Cancelled meant not only not supporting them, but going after those who do via boycotts and divestments. White people just co-opted like they always do and turned it into something worse. Same thing with "woke".
@ the bolded.
