Why are other communities able to empower themselves by using each other as consumers? We’re supposed to use each other as consumers idiot. That’s how empowerment works. You patronize people of/from your community. Other groups circulate their money within their community several times before it leaves out of the community. That means that they’re spending their money with each other over and over before they spend it with outside groups. Our problem is that we don’t have enough “do for selfers” to even do that.
