Do MacBooks get viruses?

I recently purchased a mac book pro and the dude at Best Buy also tried to sell me Norton Anti virus and I just hit em with the on some "nikka everybody know Macs dont get viruses"

But shyt, now that I think about it I never really questioned how valid that fact was

Do any of my coli brehs know if this is true or not?

Most viruses are made to target PCs though and not Macs. Since most people have PCs.

Think of it this way brehs, say you had a poison you could put in water that automatically after you drank it. Would you put it in one small cup or would you put it in the cities water supply?

Essentially Macs are "cups" to people that make 0 Days and its not really worth the time to do so since Windows has a much larger user base
