Do men have a responsibility to help mentor younger males who don’t have a male role model at home?

an obligation no. responsibility yes.

Meaning you don’t have to do shyt but you should want to make a positive impact on your community.

Same as with you you become old and need people to do stuff for you they’re not obligated but they should.

What is yalls idea of "saving" these young men? Making them good batteries for white supremacy rather than be dead or stuck in a jail cell?

While one is definitely better than the other. The European already does a fairly good job teaching the first. Our young men are rebelling against that idea. But many of us insist as black men to keep drilling it into their head to be good batteries for the system. if your not giving knowledge of self you might as well move around. You wont be able to help them with the force thats making them rebel ,that they dont fully understand. Or that rebel within that is manifesting itself in ignorant, low vibrational ways:respect:

You'll have a hard time selling it as a responsibility but I'd agree with it being posed as an "honor". I learned about about myself and what I actually wanna see in the world during my time mentoring. Wouldn't be who I am today without it

No. It's not a responsibility. Since no one can expect you to do anything you don't want to do. That being said if you want to help and you can you should .

I don't think we do. I dunno if someone who isn't patient and doesn't have a gift for helping people should force this responsibility on them. But if you do have patience or helping people is your gift, I think you should help. This is A) your community and B) nobody is ever really able to make change in their own time period, but I think helping the next generation ensures that those changes will be seen down the line
