I know there a ton of factors in play but black med income and Especially black businesses are doing better now.... From 09 to 15 black people continuously dropped under Obama. In local elections black people are pretty much taken advantage of by Dems. So yes, I say build economy then organize before giving Away a vote.

I know that its generational tradition at this point and dems take advantage of the Blind Vote

As far as local elections, most people don't tote the party line. That's why especially in the recent past, you had many blue states with Republic governors and vice versa.
