I said this in the resume thread...

Copy and paste the job description into your resume at the end with invisible text.

It will hit the keywords and push you through.
That's what i did in my Resume's "additional information" part :laff:
HR probably look at my Resume and be like ":ohhh: this is exactly what we looking for..." :heh:

I got 3-4 goto Cover Letters. Only shyt i do is switch up the Company's name and job title :laff:

Even worse are logic tests. My cousin-in-law oversaw operations in 11 countries at P&G. When I wondered why someone like myself couldn't get an interview at P&G (prior to him being a part of the family), he told me they have a million applicants a year, so the logic test is total arbitrary bullshyt to weed people out, even though it isn't an actual indicator of future performance. He told me to reapply and he'd "coach" me through the answers to get through to the next round.

:damn: Man I wish I knew about this shyt early on. I have a great job now, but I could of bypassed the struggle years if I knew about this invisible text shyt :wow:

They have a program that screens for buzzwords. HR don't even read them anymore. It's mostly a formality to even post an ad.

What kind of buzzwords?

they often get hundreds if not thousands of applicants do to this shyt economy, so dont get mad at them. there is no human way they can honestly look at each application.

use the exact same words in your resume that they use in the job add ("html", "java", "mil-spec", "A/B testing", etc.) dont misspel or use uncommon ways of saying industry terms

keep it short

try to call a person in the company, but to be honest, they aint really trying to hear you either so this may not be helpful either, LOL

even better, connect with one of their people on linkedin
