This actually isn't bad, might just be a little too much volume if you're just starting out (might reduce some of these from 5 sets to 4 sets). There are some good full body workouts out there, but I think you still have to commit to working out at least 3 days a week (if you add a 4th day you can reduce the daily volume a little).
