Do working legs really significantly boost testosterone over other workouts

Yes.

Be horny as shyt for at least a week or two after working deads and legs.

Initially there is a fall off, but after a couple days dikk is hard as rocks. Also that thrust action gets girls moaning for it.

Never have better sex than when I'm working a serious leg routine.

Walking, chest, back...cool. deads and legs.

This actually isn't bad, might just be a little too much volume if you're just starting out (might reduce some of these from 5 sets to 4 sets). There are some good full body workouts out there, but I think you still have to commit to working out at least 3 days a week (if you add a 4th day you can reduce the daily volume a little).

I used to think it was broscience as I'd just train em 1x a week and still be making significant gains upper body-wise but the minute I started training em 3-4x a week I got hella stronger and it carried on to other lifts. Especially my back.:manny:

The one exercise that I didn't do before that made a diff in my physique was deadlifts. Bought into the whole you gonna get injured doing em, so used that as an excuse not to do em and would do rows instead. However, I noticed in weeks after doing deadlifts consistently how the volume in my physique increased tremendously. Just wear a belt to protect your lower back.

Conventional squats are overrated imo, most have terrible form/ ass wink and you're definitely prone to injury loading hella plates on your back vs simply pulling plates up. At the end of the day you want to train optimally with low injury risk especially as you get older. I prefer bulgarian split squats and goblet squats.
Add in the weight plated leg press, leg curls/leg extensions and calf raises and you good to go for a full leg workout .

Also that abductor/adductor machine that everyone associates is for bytches helps flexibility and mobility in your hips so If you insist on doing heavy squats, then them adductor/abductor machines will help you go ass to grass better. Most folk care too much what others think, idgaf and don't nobody say sht to me anyway. What they say, swole privilege?:yeshrug:

Last advice for free, if you ain't taking creatine, take that shyt. TRUST ME :pachaha:
