OP is right. Compound leg exercises should give you a nice boost to your HGH and testosterone.

Yes. I workout legs every day. I interchange daily between quads and hams, always do a few sets of calfs on each day. On the weekend mess with the adductor muscles.

I ain't going to lie started going heavy on the hip thrusts for reproductive purposes with the lady :myman:

If you not :dame: trolling, ineffective glutes fukk up your entire posterior chain, and that breakdown can fukk your alignment, posture and gait up. Literally leads to pain and weakness from your feet to your neck and every joint in between. Everything is connected :ufdup:
