I just started watching this episode...he is definitely on the come up! He should be better this week in Texas. His coach (Justin Compton) told me he had some travel hiccups in Tampa so he is more relaxed being in Texas early. The Masters O is also this weekend.
I got Jordan winning again. But if Quinton is off Joe can get 2nd. Then he’ll have a decision to make to chase the ticket at one of the European shows. He looks crazy in these check in clips at Destination Dallas.

Def gonna be a great show, he's hyped up. The 212 top 2 were in shape. I am also interested in the Japan Pro and Master's O.

All the discussion online seems to be that Joe should have won. I went to Destination yesterday to train, a lot of GASP employees were vouching for him as a person . Seems to be a popular guy.
I am happy he moved up. He is a very nice and humble person. I have seen a lot of people say that he won, but it's opinion being bodybuilding. His time is coming tho. Do you ever see my boy J. Webby there at DD, competitive eater? I have never trained there, looks awesome tho.

Is he going try to qualify at Italy or Germany shows? How old is he?

Nah I never seen him. I only go there a couple times a month, it's not my main gym. The atmosphere and community there is unbelievable.

I believe he turned 31 this year. Not sure what his exact plans are yet.

I'll make a trip one day, I have a friend in Dallas. Last time I was there was for the Europa many years ago.

We finally are starting to get influencer gyms like that in Atlanta. There's a new one called Icon that just opened and one called Carbon opening soon.

Really curious who's money is behind it because I've been here since 2022 and have been wondering why we dont have the Texas style gyms here. Really dig the equipment but them shyts dont have any kind of vibe to me. They cool to pop up at on a day pass once in a while, flick up a bit and get at the women though. Having AC is the real appeal to me but I'm used to training w/o it at this point. I think I'd like it more if I was a bodybuilder, but as a powerlifter put me in a grungy warehouse, give me the aux and let me go to work. I need a different type of vibe than those influencer gyms.

I still need to get out to Madhouse at somepoint but that shyt like 50 mins from where I live and thats on a day w/o traffic.

I have a friend that is a bikini competitor trains at Madhouse. The gym looks dope.

I look forward to going to the gym in a/c, outside feels like hell nowadays.

I know people that train in warehouse gyms, but I am not sure if the current me would survive with this heat training in 105+ temps.

Absolut Recomp CEO is only 26 year olds. He started it at 17 with his parents money. He grew up in one of the most wealthy parts of DFW. Whenever there is a request for a specific equipment he buys it immediately. I think they’ll be expanding to Houston and other states soon.

I'm not even mad at that, the equipment selection is mad and he's growing more wealth if it's managed and scaled correctly. I think one is opening here in Florida, Miami I think. Raw isn't too far from me and I can't bring myself to drive there, so I doubt I'll get to the one in Miami.
