For taller lifters, do you think it’s a matter of reps or weight?

Or does it depend on the person?

In general I'd say gaining size on legs is about the load or weight. For him, he needs new tissue so it's about load but also he's not training anywhere close to failure. Compare his leg training to Bumstead, it's night and day intensity.

-Wesley does half the weight on belt squat.
-Doing 4 plates on the old school cybex hack squat immediately after doesn't seem like much but that is one of the heaviest hack squats ever made
-maxed out the cybex squat press

This is how you train to be a champ not that goofy pitty patty shyt Wesley does.

Tweaked my back doing leg press yesterday.

It’s stupid. I wasn’t focused and didn’t pull myself down hard enough on the pad. And trying to get deep, I brought the platform down too much where my lower back rounded a bit and I tweaked it. That’s what I get for trying to get a deep stretch on my quads.

cbum really a dog man. i powerlift but when it comes to accessory work i look to him and Keone for inspiration/ideas

I wasn’t his fan until I watched his training. He is a dog in the gym. Keone is too. Keone’s wife is a great training partner.

I think it's going to be Samson or Hadi. if Hadi brings his 2024 Arnold Classic look, then that's probably unbeatable.

Then again, Hadi is posting a lot of Iranian nationalist messages on social media, so idk if he'll even get approved for a visa this time.
