I'm not a stan at all. I dont rock with that word. But yes I was a Canibus fan as a kid and through my teenage years. But I also like LL and LL had the better career...LL makes better music... is way easier to listen to...but he did not win that battle...

Exposed as in "front like a drug free role model" but goes on to say he still does drugs... and LL doesn't deny he's being a hypocrite... he just says "well you bought my book" thats corny

And for the record I have way more LL songs in my Playlist than Canibus. Its probably around 1 92% LL 8% Canibus ratio... so nah im not a canibis "stan"

Since it's NBA Finals time I'll compare the battle to a playoff series where Canibus got game 1, and LL took game 2. Nobody has won the series at that point. Then Canibus' album dropping was like his team all smoking crack on the bus and crashing into a river before game 3. This battle happened when I was in highschool. Always thought LL got him and I respect LL cuz he got some classics and bangers, etc. but I was never a fan of dude. My older brother was tho.

2nd Rd KO was dope, but it was a lot of rappity rapping an lowkey homage bars. LL got him, better beat, better energy, better flow, and wayyyy more quotables too. Anytime nikkas mention a canibus line, someone always responds with the corresponding LL line. shyt is like clockwork. LL was spitting like his career was on the line.
I done had debates about this shyt for years and will never be convinced otherwise. I wanted Canibus to win cuz I was a fan at the time and even tho I wanted to pull for the righteous underdog, I can't deny what LL did with the response.

He didn't get the tattoo until later. He saw LL's, admired it, said if I was into tats, I'd get something like that. The beef is over a line. "Yo Reggie where the squad at, Meth where the Gods at, yo L, is that a mic on your arm, let me borrow that." L gets offended and makes a verse going at Bis. Then L told Bis to take out that line, which Bis did, and still kept his verse dissing him.

The irony is that L told Bis that if he took that line out, no one would know he was going at him, but everyone instantly knew L was dissing Bis even before the backstory broke LOL.
