the older i've gotten, the worse i've gotten with makin' sure i eat 3 meals a day. yesterday i only ate 1 meal and that was fukkin' taco bell, especially considerin' i'm just gettin' over the flu :snoop:


how many meals do you eat a day? how do you start your day off? great breakfast? do you snack throughout the day? like apples, mangos, oranges etc etc? :patrice:

There was a while where I used to skip breakfast, but now I make sure I get 3 meals a day.

yeah, i've never been a big breakfast eater myself but i really need to get better about that. that's great that you eat 3 meals a day, :salute:


I eat once a day... Before I go to bed. . shyts weird I know but eating during the day makes me tired and lazy feeling...

yikes, i don't know how you do that! :damn:

i can't imagine, i mean, i've done it it here and there but of course usually there's some type of snack that i've eaten throughout the day

if i don't eat 3 meals, usually i eat 2. maybe just like a bagel or donut :snoop: in the mornin' and then i really big lunch and then some type of sweet snack later that night. i really need to eat more healthier

I have 4 meals a day. 4,000-4,200 calories daily.

Breakfast consists of the following:

a) Nuts, Seeds, Cashews, Almonds, or Walnuts
b) 1 Fruit
c) 1 Vegetable
d) Fruit Juice (the processed kind)

---

Lunch consists of the following:

a) Oatmeal + Raw Honey (the key to life)
b) 3 cups of Milk
c) 1 Fruit
d) 1 Vegetable

---

Dinner Consists of the following:

a) Some portion of meat (ex. Beef, Chicken, Fish, Buffalo, etc.)
b) Some portion of carbohydrates (ex. Potatoes, Rice, Corn, etc.)
c) 1 Fruit
d) 1 Vegetable
e) Non-milk liquid (ex. Kool-Aid, Juice [processed], Lemonade, Pop, etc.)

---

Fourth Eating consists of the following:

a)/b)/c)/d)etc.) Anything I wish to eat and drink that amounts to 800-1,000 calories

Yes, I eat 3 meals a day, and try to get snacks in between. 6'5" active brehs have to keep the calories going in. Body uses it up quick.

yeah, only on occasion like if i been really busy do i eat 1 meal a day but that's not often though. still there's no excuse for only eatin' 1 meal a day, it's not good

good for you eatin' 3 meals a day with the snacks in between though :salute:

3 meals a day is necessary for a kid or a growing teen but once u get a certain age it ain't really necessary


Our ancestors were often times lucky if they ate ONCE a day (before agriculture)


U can live off one meal a day if u eat small fruit and vegetable appetizers between the meal and drink lots of water


I'm like 10-15 lbs above my ideal weight right now mainly because i don't really exercise like that, if I ate 3 meals a day regularly I'd probably be Biggie smalls status
